Gobbo Abruzzese Regional Knife

Another beautiful handmade piece from the incredible Alessandro Conti and Fabio Gasparrini of Scarperia, Italy.  Made in their workshop just outside of Florence, this gorgeous "hunchback" knife is a stunning balance of design and restraint.  The handle is made from a single piece of ox horn cut in half where the blade and spring are housed.  The blade is brushed stainless steel with elegant chiseled detail.

Dan and I found this incredible knife house on our trip to Italy last spring and fell in love with their quality and design.  We're so excited to import their work to our customers in America.  F Italian design and quality with exquisite attention to detail.
