We love that each knife is one-of-a-kind, bearing the unique and varying forging marks of the maker himself. With a stainless steel blade measuring 7.5” in length, this knife is easy to maintain, perfectly weighted, and gorgeous to display - the perfect pairing of design and functionality. Truly - If you could only have one knife in your home, THIS is it.

The quality and craftsmanship of Italian goods are quickly becoming a standard in our own home, and we are so happy to make them available to you as well.  As the first US retailer to offer Fabio’s knives, we are immensely proud of this exclusive partnership and look forward to growing our collection over time.

Each knife comes in its own sheath and is fully sharpened and ready for use.  We recommend washing by hand and fully drying to avoid rust on the forging marks.  We also recommend polishing periodically both blade and handle with Odie’s Oil - (Available on Amazon).
